Refund policy

Preparation begins only after we accept your photo and confirm that full payment has been received for the accepted scope.

Submitting an order request or uploading a photo is not payment and does not start preparation.

If you cancel before preparation begins, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that project.

If you cancel after preparation has started, we may refund the unfinished portion of the project. Completed masking and published visualizer work already delivered is generally not refundable for change of mind.

How the unfinished portion is calculated depends on what was already delivered (for example: photo review only vs. masking in progress vs. link already issued). We will state the proposed amount in writing before processing.

If we cannot deliver the agreed visualizer setup for an accepted project, you receive a full refund for the affected project.

Typical delivery is about 2 business days (typically within 48 hours after payment confirmation) after payment confirmation. If we miss a delivery date we confirmed in writing, you may accept a revised date or cancel the undelivered project for a full refund.

We correct masking and technical defects we introduced, free of charge, for up to 3 correction rounds on the affected elevation.

If agreed functionality cannot be provided within five business days after a valid defect report, you may request a refund of the affected project.

Change of mind after correct delivery of completed custom work is not grounds for a refund.

For packs with multiple elevations, unstarted elevations may be refunded at their proportional package price. Elevations already prepared and delivered follow the rules above.

Private visualizer links are provided for 30 days from delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. Expiration of the access window after correct delivery is not, by itself, a refund reason.

Email hello@colorsadvisor.com with your order reference. We invite initial defect reports within seven days of delivery so we can fix problems quickly. Reporting later does not automatically remove rights you may have under this policy or applicable law.

Client delays (late photo replies, scope changes, or new elevations) may extend timelines and are handled by written agreement; they are not automatic refunds.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method (typically PayPal) within five business days of approval. Processor posting times may take longer.

This policy does not override payment-provider rules or applicable law.
